Konjunktiv II polite requests and imagined situations

Use könnte, hätte and wäre for polite or hypothetical language. Würde plus infinitive is another common pattern. The modal could be past-looking in form without describing a real past event. Keep würde and wurde separate: wurde is a past form of werden.
