YOUR FIRST WEEK · FREE STARTER

Seven days to build a practice routine.

Use the three free A1 lessons across a week. This is a suggested routine, not a promise to complete A1 in seven days. Spend around 10–15 minutes each day and repeat activities when helpful.

  1. Day 1: Open lesson 1, read the guide and try its activities.
  2. Day 2: Revisit lesson 1. Listen again and say the examples aloud.
  3. Day 3: Open lesson 2. Read the explanations and try its activities.
  4. Day 4: Review the free words and phrases. Say each one, then check its meaning.
  5. Day 5: Open lesson 3. Work through the guide and activities.
  6. Day 6: Revisit one writing or speaking activity. Make a second attempt before checking the model.
  7. Day 7: Return to the activities you found hardest and choose your next practice goal.
