KLAR Campus · Founding institute pilot

German practice.
Between your classes.

Give one A1 batch a place to practise between lessons. Help your coordinator see who has saved practice and which skills need more attention.

For colleges, universities and learning institutes in India. Applications are reviewed individually.

A useful addition to your student support

Give practice. Check participation. Plan revision.

Guided A1 practice

Introduce listening, reading, writing, speaking and vocabulary activities with English guidance. Students can try the free samples today.

Your own class code

Approved administrators create classes and invite students. Membership access is allocated separately after KLAR confirms the pilot.

Shared progress

Students choose whether to share completion totals, skill progress, objective mock-practice results and last saved time with their class administrator.

KLAR is a practice platform. Materials are awaiting named German educator review; listening currently uses device-generated speech. Live tuition, official examination certification, admissions and job placement are not included.

From enquiry to first lesson

A simple launch, with clear responsibilities.

  1. Nominate a coordinator. Tell KLAR about your institute, intended cohort and preferred start date.
  2. Confirm the pilot. Agree access dates, seats, support arrangements and progress-sharing information in writing.
  3. Activate institute access. The coordinator signs in and applies in the institute portal. KLAR verifies the application and allocates the agreed membership seats.
  4. Invite your students. Create an A1 class, share its code privately and allocate seats through the membership area. Students sign in, check the class and give their progress-sharing choice.
  5. Review participation. Ask students to complete an agreed activity and enable saving. Review participation and skill coverage in the dashboard, then choose a classroom revision focus. Agree practice with students outside KLAR; in-app assignment scheduling is not yet available.

Try KLAR with one class.

Request a 14-day private trial for one class and up to 25 students. The clock starts on the activation date KLAR confirms, not today. No payment required for the agreed trial and no automatic paid renewal. This enquiry does not create access.

Fill in the form and send your enquiry directly to the KLAR partnerships team. We use your details to respond. Contact us by email if you need help. This does not create an institute account or activate a trial.

Before you join.

Is the full A1 library automatically free?

The public samples are free now. Additional library access requires an active pilot membership and an allocated institute seat. KLAR confirms availability, duration and any access limits before activation. A class code alone does not unlock the library.

What can our coordinator see?

Only students who join and consent share their class display name, completion totals, skill progress, objective mock-practice results and last saved time. Email, private profiles, written answers and recordings are excluded. Leaving a class stops future dashboard access; information already viewed cannot be recalled.

Does participation provide an official German qualification?

No. Practice completion is not a Goethe, telc or CEFR qualification. KLAR is independent of Goethe-Institut and telc.

Can a language institute use KLAR alongside teaching?

Yes, subject to pilot approval. Position the activities as supplementary practice. Any teaching, referral or promotional arrangement must be agreed separately.

What happens at the end?

The pilot review considers participation and feedback. There is no automatic paid renewal. Any continuation or paid plan needs a separate agreement.
